    ‘RHOJ season 3’: Who are the new cast members? [photos]

    There is already out the bag that much-loved reality TV series the Real Housewives of Johannesburg (RHOJ) are returning for a third season and with an all-new cast.

    After it was reported that there would not be a third season as it was halted in 2021 — due to an alleged altercation between Christall Kay, Brinette Seopela and DJ Tira’s wife, Gugu Khathi — entertainment commentator Phil Mphela revealed on Thursday, 10 November, that the show will be back with major changes.

    His sources inform revealed that actress Nicole Watson has joined the cast, also coming into the show is entrepreneur, Thobekile Mdlalose; businesswoman, Keabetswe Marema and YouTuber Mamus Koka.

    In addition, Phil revealed that one other member, content creator and social media influencer Tshwanelo “Twazzy” Lekhuleni was dropped before the new season airs next year.

    YouTuber Mamus Koka wears many hats. Besides vlogging on the video content creation platform, she is also a Human Resource Manager, mum and wife.

    While working in administration was never one of her dreams, although she enjoys it now, Mamus told Jideka Official last year that she is letting go of her TV dream — this was before RHOJ came knocking.


    Nicole Watson is an actress and she is n the public relations (PR) industry.

    RHOJ poducer Sonia Booth confirmed that the actress will be in the third season in an interview on Kaya FM last week.

    Thobekile mdlalose is in the business of promoting good health. The 34-year-old got into the business after her husband Sunny Mdlalose was hospitalised for a major ulcer’s operations.

    The mom-of-four studied video technology and began her career in video editing. She later worked as a television producer and director.


    Another cast member who will be letting Mzansi into her life on RHOJ is Keabetswe Marema.

    Keabetswe is the founder and owner of a children’s clothing and bedding brand called Leware Kids. She is also a mom of three and a wife. She has a B-Tech degree from Tshwane University of Technology.
