    Prayer

    Dear God,

    We humbly approach Your throne of grace and mercy today, praying that You will touch our life. Father, we rebuke disease, sorrow, and anxiety in your great name. Be our guide and be our Comforter, bind us with Thy hands that we may never give up.

    In Jesus’s name, Amen.

    The Bible in History

    The Bible from Koine Greek τὰ βιβλία, tà biblía, ‘the books’) is a collection of religious texts and scriptures sacred in Christianity, Judaism and Samaritanism. Christianity is considered the world’s largest religion with about 2.5 billion followers. These individuals are identified as Christians. The religion believes that Jesus is the Son of God whose coming was prophesied in the Hebrew Bible or Old Testament.
