It looks like vocalist Adele and our Sasha Fierce, Beyoncé will be going head to head at the Grammy Awards in 2023.

The two have are always swooping awards and speak about how they admire each other. Adele once said Beyoncé should have won at the 59th Grammy’s in 2017.

“This year, the pair are once again nominated in the Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Album of the Year categories. Beyoncé has nine nominations to Adele’s seven. Adele won the last showdown in 2017, sweeping up five Grammys to Beyoncé’s two,” according to Independent UK.

The former Destiny’s Child lead singer released an album titled Renaissance which received a lot of attention from the Beyhive.

Adele released 30 in 2021 and we’ve been here for it since.

“This year’s awards include new categories such as songwriter of the year (non-classical), best alternative music performance and best Americana performance,” said the The Guardian.

Rapper, and ‘Starships’ hit-maker, Nicki Minaj wasn’t really feeling the Grammy’s with their choices.

The rapper blasted the Grammy Awards ahead of the announcements and accused them of prioritising new artists.

Do you agree with Nicki Minaj or is she being dramatic?
